Abstract

The recent growth of the Indonesian economy is one of the factors in the development of retail business, many foreign companies are willing to invest in Indonesia, including in the retail sector. Retail business is a business that is in great demand by the business community because of its strategic role. Retail service is one of the customer satisfaction formers, where the improvement of retail service performance is done by improving service quality on physical aspect, reliability, personal interaction, problem solving, and company policy (retail). This study aims to explain (1) whether the retail service affects customer satisfaction Indomaret Jl. Gatot Subroto Timur, North Denpasar; (2) whether the retail service affects the image of the company Indomaret Jl. Gatot Subroto Timur, North Denpasar; (3) whether customer satisfaction influence to company image Indomaret Jl. Gatot Subroto Timur, North Denpasar; (4) whether retail service has an effect on company image of Indomaret Jl. Gatot Subroto Timur, North Denpasar which is mediated by customer satisfaction.
