Farmasi, FMIPA, Unsrat   ABSTRACT Indonesian government published PerMenKes No. HK.02.02/MENKES/068/I/2010 requires to write prescription with a generic name at the health government facilities to anticipate the high price of medication. Besides, the government also prepared National Formulary as a reference in selection of drug on JKN patients. This research conducted in RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado to measure the percentage of generic drugs prescription and conformity prescription with National Formulary in outpatient BPJS patients in RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado Period January-June 2014. The method used descriptive univariat analisys with 500 sheets of prescription as sample. The result showed that the average percentage of write the prescription with a generic name period of January-June 2014 amount to 72.82% and the average percentage of National Formulary compliance is 91.87%. The prescriptions that fully use generic names and suitable with National Formulary only have an average percentage of 33.21%. However, the result showed that an increased percentage every month, even not reach 100%.   Keywords:  BPJS Health, National Formulary, Generic Drug   ABSTRAK Pemerintah RI mengeluarkan PerMenKes RI No. HK.02.02/MENKES/068/I/2010 yang mewajibkan penulisan resep dengan nama generik di Fasilitas Kesehatan Pemerintah untuk mengantisipasi tingginya harga obat. Disamping itu, Pemerintah juga menyusun Formularium Nasional sebagai acuan dalam pemilihan obat pada pasien JKN. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado untuk mengukur persentase penulisan resep dalam nama generik dan kesesuaian resep dengan Formularium Nasional pada pasien BPJS rawat jalan di RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado periode Januari-Juni 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif univariat dengan pengambilan 500 lembar resep sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata persentase penulisan resep dengan nama generik periode Januari-Juni 2014 sebesar 72.82% dan persentase kesesuaian dengan Formularium Nasional rata-rata sebesar 91.87%. Resep yang sepenuhnya menggunakan nama generik dan sesuai Formularium Nasional hanya memiliki persentase rata-rata sebesar 33.21%. Akan tetapi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan persentase setiap bulan walaupun belum mencapai 100%.   Kata Kunci : BPJS Kesehatan, Formularium Nasional, Obat Generik
