Analisa Postur Kerja dengan Metode RULA Pada Pekerja CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri

Muskuloskeletal disorder adalah masalah ergonomi yang sering dijumpai di tempat kerja, khususnya yang berhubungan dengan kekuatan dan ketahanan manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Masalah tersebut umumnya dialami oleh pekerja yang melakukan gerakan yang sama dan berulang secara terus-menerus (repetitive). CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan plywood/kayu lapis setengah jadi untuk pasar ekspor Taiwan dan Timur Tengah. Namum terdapat berbagai masalah yang berhubungan dengan pekerja seperti sakit pinggang dan cepat lelah yang disebabkan oleh pekerjaan yang berulang dengan bentuk postur tubuh yang tidak benar. Hal itu menyebabkan menurunnya produktivitas dari perusahaan tersebut. Analisis postur kerja para pekerja operator manual handling CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri dengan metode RULA dengan menggunakan bantuan software CATIA dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang ada pada perusahaan. Dari hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan di lapangan maka akan dilakukan evaluasi menggunakan pengukuran RULA dengan software CATIA dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis postur kerja para pekerja serta meberikan rekomendasi berupa penambahan fasilitas kerja agar keluhan muskuloskeletal disorder para pekerja dapat dikurangi. Dengan menggunakan pengolahan metode RULA dan menggunakan bantuan software CATIA didapatkan postur kerja yang berbahaya pada dengan Score 6 yang berwarna orange memiliki arti perlu dilakukan investigasi terhadap postur kerja tersebut dan melakukan perbaikan postur dalam waktu dekat yang terdapat pada proses rework barecore dan postur kerja akhir operator pada proses penyusunan kayu. Sedangkan score 7 yang berwarna merah memiliki arti perlu tindakan perbaikan pada saat itu juga terdapat pada postur kerja proses pendempulan barecore. Penambahan fasilitas kerja berupa meja hidrolis membuat score untuk ketiga postur turun menjadi 3. AbstractMusculoskeletal disorders are a common problem ergonomics in the workplace, particularly with regard to the strength and endurance of man in doing his job. These problems commonly experienced by workers who perform the same movements and repeated continuously (repetitive). CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri is a company engaged in the manufacture of plywood/half-finished plywood for export markets of Taiwan and the Middle East. However the many problems associated with workers such as lumbago and rapid fatigue caused by repetitive job with body posture, which is not true. It caused a decline in the productivity of the company. Analysis of the working posture of the operator manual workers handling CV. Cipta Usaha Mandiri with RULA method using CATIA software can help resolve problems that exist in the company. From the observation that has been made in the field will be evaluated using measurements RULA with CATIA software in order to determine and analyze the posture of workers and gave the recommendation in the form of additional work facilities that can reduce musculoskeletal complaints disorder. By using the processing methods RULA and using CATIA software assistance obtained hazardous working postures on the orange colored Score 6 means necessary investigation into the working posture and make improvements in the near future contained in the rework process and posture barecore final work on the operator wood preparation process. While the score 7 colored red means necessary corrective action at that time contained in the working posture putty barecore process. Additional facilities such as table hydraulic work making the score for the third posture down to 3.
