Usulan Desain Produk Berdasarkan Analisis Postur Kerja pada Bengkel AHASS Naga Sakti dengan Menggunakan Software CATIA

Perkembangan dunia industri otomotif yang sangat pesat mendorong Astra Honda Motor membuat beberapa bengkel cabang resmi (AHASS) yang berada di kecamatan Tembalang salah satunya yakni AHASS Naga Sakti.  Penulis menganalisa postur kerja para montir menggunakan kuisioner Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui keluhan sakit yang dialami oleh para montir kemudian mencari penyebab keluhan sakit dengan menganalisis Rapid Upper Limb Assesment menggunakan software CATIA dan dilanjutkan dengan memberi usulan rancangan produk alat bantu agar montir dapat bekerja lebih ergonomis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan para montir mengalami keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorder yang disebabkan oleh 5 postur kerja yang dianggap tidak ergonomis. Kelima postur tersebut dianalisis RULA yang menghasilkan  skor 7  untuk postur kerja 1,2,3 dan 5 yang berwarna merah dan skor 6 untuk postur kerja 4 yang memberikan warna oranye yang berarti bahwa kelima postur tersebut tidak ergonomis dan harus segera diperbaiki serta diselidiki penyebabnya. Penulis memberikan usulan rancangan produk yakni bangku yang dapat menahan beban tubuh montir dan membantu montir saat bekerja di bengkel tanpa harus melakukan postur-postur yang tidak ergonomis. ABSTRACT Proposed Product Design Based on Work Posture Analysis at AHASS Naga Sakti Workshop by Using CATIA Software. The author analyzes the working posture mechanics using questionnaires Nordic Body Map to know the pains suffered by the mechanic and then look for the cause of pain complaints by analyzing Rapid Upper Limb Assessment using CATIA and continued by giving the proposed product design tools so that a mechanic can work more ergonomically. The results showed the mechanics have complaints Musculoskeletal Disorder caused by 5 working postures that are considered not ergonomic. Fifth postures were analyzed RULA which produces a score of 7 for the working posture 1,2,3 and 5 red and a score of 6 to 4 working posture that gives the color orange, which means that the five are not ergonomic posture and must be corrected immediately and investigate the cause. Authors propose product designs that bench that can withstand the weight of a mechanic and helps mechanic while working in the garage without having to do the postures are not ergonomic.
