<![CDATA[PT Ebako Nusantara merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur furniture. PT Ebako Nusantara memproduksi berbagai jenis furniture yaitu meja, perhiasan meja, kursi, tempat tidur, lemari dan sofa. Produk-produk tersebut kemudian di ekspor ke berbagai Negara sesuai permintaan client yaitu Artictica, Stanlay, Sommerset Bay, Affiliated, SB.Stock, Lexington, Ralph Lauren dan sebagainya. PT Ebako Nusantara dalam proses produksinya dibagi menjadi 2 Departemen area kerja. Area 1 atau Departemen Produksi merupakan area produksi yang proses kerjanya dimulai dari masuknya material kayu sampai pada proses perakitan komponenyang terdiri dari beberapa sub-departemen yaitu Lumber Yard, Roughmill, Smoothmill & CNC, Sampel, Panel, Veneer, Part Sanding, Assembly dan Sanding dengan target produksi perharinya 150 item yang harus dikirim ke produksi area 2.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 82 orang. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa faktor kompetensi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial mempengaruhi kinerja operator dengan nilai probablilitas masing-masing sebesar 0,016 < 0,05, 0,042 < 0,05 dan 0,017 < dari 0,05.Hasil analisa uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukan bahwa faktor kompetensi, faktor motivasi kerja dan faktor lingkungan kerja secara bersama – sama tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja operator produksi. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan nilai Adjusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,056. ABSTRACT Ebako PT Nusantara is a company engaged in manufacturing furniture. Ebako PT Nusantara produce various kinds of furniture is a table, jewelry table, a chair, a bed, a wardrobe and a sofa. The products were then exported to various countries according to client requests that Artictica, Stanlay, Sommerset Bay, Affiliated, SB.Stock, Lexington, Ralph Lauren, and so on.PT Ebako archipelago in the production process is divided into 2 Department work area. Area 1 or the Ministry of Production is the production area working process starts from the entry of wood material until the assembly process komponenyang consists of several sub-departments namely Lumber Yard, Roughmill, Smoothmill & CNC Sample, Panel, Veneer, Part Sanding, Assembly and Sanding with per day production target of 150 items to be sent to the production area 2.This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with research sample numbering 82 people. Results of the study found that the factors of competence, motivation and work environment partially affect the performance of the operators with fingers and each value of 0,016 <0.05, 0.042 <0.05 and 0.017 <0.05.Results of analysis of simultaneous test (F test) showed that the factors of competence, work motivation factors and environmental factors work together - just not significant and positive impact on the performance of the production operator.
