<![CDATA[Abstrak Pelembut dan pewangi pakaian sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Beragam wangi dari berbagai jenis parfum telah tersedia di pasaran. Namun, kesenjangan antara pelaku industri pelembut dan pewangi pakaian masih terjadi, disaat industri modern telah memanfaatkan alat canggih dalam proses produksinya, industri rumah tangga masih memanfaatkan cara manual mulai dari pembuatan, takaran hingga pengadukan, sehingga tidak mampu menyangi produksi dari industri modern. Pada penelitian ini, dibuat prototype alat mixer pelembut dan pewangi pakaian otomatis untuk skala industri rumah tangga. Otomatisasi sistem pada alat ini mencakup proses penakaran bahan utama, dan pengadukan bahan dengan dua variasi kualitas. Metode kontrol yang digunakam dalam pengendalian level takaran bahan adalah kendali Fuzzy. Settling point takaran yang diinginkan pada proses penakaran kualitas satu adalah 1500 ml pada masing-masing tangki dan untuk kualitas dua settling point pada tangki takaran 1 sebesar 900 ml dan pada tangki takaran dua sebesar 1800 ml.Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa pengendalian level takaran menggunakan teknik kendali Fuzzy pada alat mixer pelembut dan pewangi pakaian otomatis menghasilkan respon sistem dengan error yang kecil serta nilai maksimum overshoot yang masih dalam batas toleransi yakni 1%. Kata kunci: Mixer, kontrol level, Fuzzy  Abstract Softener and fragrance clothes is needed by Indonesian people. Various kind and fragrance of perfume are available on the market. However, discrepancy amongst softener and fragrance clothes industries is still exist. Modern industries are capable of using sophisticated machine for production process while home industries are still using manual process, started from producing, measuring, until packaging. Therefore, home industries cannot compete with the modern one. At this final project, a prototype of mixer system for plant of softener and fragrance clothing is made for household industrial scale .Automation systems in this final project include of the main ingredient dosing and mixing ingredients with two variation quality. Fuzzy control is applied in the controlling of dose level. Settling point of dose that is desired in the process of ingredient dosing in quality one is 1500 ml in each tank and for quality two settling point needed 900 ml and 1800 ml in each tank.The test results obtained that the level control using Fuzzy control techniques in mixer system for plant of softener and fragrance clothing generates the system's response that have small error and the maximum overshoot value is still within the tolerance limit of 1% . Keyword : Mixer, level Control, Fuzzy]]>
