<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi implikatur percakapan dalam novel Misteri Karibia karya Agatha Christie. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitian analisis teks. Data penelitian berupa kata-kata dalam percakapan pada novel Misteri Karibia karya Agatha Christie yang melanggar prinip kesantunan atau prinsip kerja sama. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bentuk implikatur percakapan, yaitu bentuk implikatur berita, tanya, perintah, dan seru. Masing-masing bentuk memiliki fungsi yang berbeda-beda. Bentuk implikatur berita berfungsi untuk memerintah, menyapa, mengeluh, menyindir, menawarkan, memuji, dan menolak. Bentuk implikatur tanya berfungsi untuk menyindir, meminta, meyakinkan, menolak, memuji, dan memerintah. Bentuk implikatur perintah berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi dan menolak. Bentuk implikatur seru berfungsi untuk menyindir, memarahi, dan memberikan informasi.Kata Kunci: bentuk, implikatur, novel, pragmatikThe purpose of this study was to describe the shape and function of conversational implicature innovel Caribbean Mystery Agatha Christie's. The method used is descriptive qualitative and type of text analysis research. The research data is in the form of words in conversation onnovel Caribbean Mystery Agatha Christie'swhich violates the principle of politeness or the principle of cooperation. Based on the data analysis, it was found the form of conversation implicature, namely the form of news implicature, question, command, and exclamation. Each form has different functions. The form of news implicature functions to govern, greet, complain, quip, offer, praise, and refuse. The form of question implicature functions to insinuate, ask, convince, reject, praise, and rule. The form of command implicature functions to provide information and reject.
