Model Reference Adaptive Speed Control of 2-Phase Travelling Wave Ultrasonic Motor

Adopting relatively simple motion control algorithm, helps reduce the cost of ultrasonic motor system including the drive control circuit, so as to promote its industrialization. For this purpose, this paper presents a simple model reference adaptive control strategy.
