This study aims to analyze developments in Indonesian Islamic asset securitization. During the Islamic asset securitization is still new an not yet widely applied are using. With a strong regulatory and schemes, Islamic asset securitization can already be implemented in Indonesia, but not all of the contract and the asset can be securitized.
