Abstract

The quality of public services and many more now is still out of order especially in public autonomy. In fact, it needs more conduct by the author (government) through  finding more solutions such as revitalization, restructure, deregulation and increasing the ability of officer professionalism and people participate to do, includes honor, and giving sanction, toward public services unit. This effort can be realized when every unit work together, as the impact of the improving quality public services. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan publik, otonomi daerah
