<![CDATA[Geographic Information System (GIS) is a management tools in the form of information with the help of computers which related tightly to mapping system and analysis of any events taken place on earth. GIS is not only presenting data, but also merging the user interface, thematic information system and mapping system based-on structure and network of road traffic. Furthermore, it has the capability of analysis of specific geographic and information for a certain location. The existing problem with GIS is that the interoperabilty among applications and data. One of the solution is using Geographic Markup Language, proposed by W3C.
