Abstract

Abstract : Customer loyalty to a brand is one element that is important for a producer to gain an profit. But to gain the loyalty of buyers is not an easy thing to achieve, there are so many aspects that it is necessary to be noticed by a producer of the brand. In this study we will look at three aspects are believed to affect the loyalty of buyers to the brand (Honda). These three aspects (variables) are: price, product quality and brand awareness.Keyword: price, product quality, consumer awareness, customer loyalty
