Perawat di ruangan hemodialisaharus mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kompetensinya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan terkait kepatuhan pembatasan nutrisi dan cairan pasien khususnya pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisaKata kunci:Stress, Dukungan Sosial, Gagal Ginjal KronikABSTRACTHemodialysis which is one of renal replacement therapy (TPG) is most commonly endured by patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Haemodialysis would be likely to have an impact on the emotional, cognitive and behavioral adaptations such as the emergence of stress, depression and social support. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the relationship of stress, depression, and social support with nutrients and fluid restriction compliance in patients with chronic renal failure. The study design was Cross-sectional with sample of 96 respondents, obtained by purposive sampling. The data was collected with questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 46-55 years amounted to 42 respondents (43.8%) and the average length of undergoing hemodialysis respondent 12 months of which 67 respondents (69.8%). Analysis used the Spearman test (bivariate). In the correlation analysis found a significant relationship between stress, depression, social support and nutritional restriction compliance in patients with chronic renal failure (p = -0.231, p = -0.355, p = -0.113), and there is a significant correlation between stress, depression, social support to compliance with fluid restriction in patients with chronic renal failure (p = -0.226, p = -0.238, -0.317). Nurses in the room hemodialysis should be able to increase the understanding and competence in providing nursing care related to compliance with the adherence of nutritions and fluids restrictions on cronic kidney disease patientsKeywords: Stress, Social Support, Cronic Kidney Disease
