<![CDATA[The main element in determining the success or failure of an organization in carrying out various activities to achieve the objectives of various organizational goals is human resources. The success of an activity in an organization is determined by how humans manage it. Basically the goal of each organization is to achieve success in improving employee performance. The population of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada General Hospital in 2019 was 94 people. Samples taken with census technical as many as 94 people. Conclusions of the research results: (1) The hypothesis states: "There is a significant effect of employee retention on the job satisfaction of the Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital employees' work" proven true; (2) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on job satisfaction of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (3) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (4) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (5) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (6) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (7) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of work loyalty on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" is verified.]]>
