<![CDATA[Abstrak:Tujuan daripenelitian iniuntuk mengetahuibagaiamana pengaruh responsibilitas pemerintah Desa terhadap peningkatan sumberdayamanusididesaBulukerto Kecamatan BumiajiKota Batu.serta seberapabesar pengaruh responsibilitas pemerintah Desa terhadap sumberdayamanusi. Metodeyangdigunakan dalampenelitian inideskriptifkuantitatif. Populasipenelitianadalahaparat desa Bulukerto dan juga masyarakat desa Bulukerto. Teknik sampelyang digunakan purposivesampling dengan jumlah sampel30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner (Angket)dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dalampenelitian menggunakan ujivaliditas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresilinear sederhana, ujikorelasilinear sederhana dan ujideterminasi (R2).pengujian hipotesismenggunakan ujitdengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS20.Berdasarkan hasilujit (t-test)dengan signifikan pada variabelindependet adalah sebesar 0,00=0,05. sehingga H1diterima yang artinya sistemresponsibilitasdidesa bulukerto berpengaruh terhadap sumberdayamanusiadan H0 ditolak yang artinya responsibilitasdesa bulukerto tidak berpengaruh terhadap sumberdayamanusia, karena variabelindependent mepunyainilaithitung sebesar 4,803 = t tabel2,042.Karena t hitung =t tabel, maka responsibilitas didesa bulukerto berpengaruh terhadap sumberdayamanusia. Themethod used in this research is quantitativedescriptive.Population in thisresearch isthevillageofficialsof Bulukerto and also thepeopleofBulukerto village.The sampletechniqueused in this studywaspurposivesampling with a samplesizeof20 people. Data collection techniquesusing a questionnaire (Questionnaire)and documentation. Data analysis techniquesin this studyusethevaliditytest, reliabilitytest, simplelinear regression test,simplelinear correlation test and determination test (R2). Hypothesis testing using t test usingSPSS 20 softwarehelp. Basedontheresultsofthe t-test(t-test), thesignificanceoftheindependent variablewas0.00=0.05. so H1 is accepted,which meanstheresponsibilitysysteminBulukertovillageaffects human resourcesand H0 isrejected,which meanstheresponsibility of Bulukerto village doesnot affecthuman resources, becausetheindependent variablehasa calculated valueof4.803 =t table 2.042.
