<![CDATA[Abstract: Leadership is a matter of relations and influence between leaders. leadership can appeal to activities between individuals and groups in an effort to achieve common goals.The leader must be willing to be able to trust others, in accordance with the position and position so that the lead runs smoothly, and inspires all employees or the community to work as best as possible to achieve the expected results.By being given authority to the Village to carry out their duties independently through the concept of granting Village autonomy. Therefore the question arises as to how the influence of the village head's leadership style influences the community in working together.This study uses descriptive quantitative research with data collection steps in the form of questionnaires from researchers to respondents and documentation, with purposive sampling technique.Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 2.1 namely product moment validity, reliability and statistical tests of normality probability plot, homogeneity and model testing using simple linear correlation.From the results of research that has been carried out valid data with r count from r table, the pearson correlation value is 0.292 with a significant value of 0.157. According the value of the correlation interval 0.20-0.399 has a low relationship. From the results of the simple regression equation as follows: Y = 16.384 + 0.521X, in a constant or fixed state, the dependent variable (community participation) will increase by 16,384 from the original, and the coefficient for variables is 0,521, this shows that the leadership of the village head has influence positive for community participation.The magnitude of the influence of the existence of the village head's leadership on the participation of Pandesari village communities is 0.85%. Keywords: Leadership, Village Head, Community Participation Abstrak: Kepemimpinan adalah masalah relasi dan pengaruh antara pemimpin dan yang di pimpin. kepemimpinan dapat menghimbau kegiatan antara individu dan kelompok dalam usaha mencapai tujuan bersama. Pemimpin harus bersedia dapat mempercayai orang lain, sesuai dengan posisi dan jabatan agar dalam memimpin berjalan dengan lancar, dan memberi inspirasi kepada semua karyawan atau masyarakat agar bekerja sebaik mungkin untuk mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Dengan diberikan kewenangan kepada Desa untuk melaksanakan tugas secara mandiri melalui konsep pemberian otonomi Desa. Maka dari itu muncul pertanyaan bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam bekerjua sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan langkah pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuisioner dari peneliti kepada responden dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data dengan bantuan SPSS versi 2.1 yaitu validitas product moment, realibilitas dan uji statistik normalitas probability plot, homogenitas dan pengujian model dengan menggunakan korelasi linear sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan data valid dengan nilai r hitung dari r tabel, nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,292 dengan nilai signifikan 0,157. Nilai interval korelasi 0,20-0,399 mempunyai hubungan yang rendah. Dari hasil persamaan regresi sederhana sebagai berikut: Y = 16.384 + 0,521X, dalam keadaan konstan atau tetap maka variabel dependent (partisipasi masyarakat) akan naik sebesar 16.384 dari semula, dan nilai koefisien untuk variabel sebesar 0,521, ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala desa mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap partisipasi masyarakat.
