Abstract

Kata kunci : Amplifikasi, COI, Timun Laut, UNP 106 ABSTRACT Raja Ampat Islands have highly diversity of marine animals, such as Sea Cucumbers (Holothuroidea). The aim of this study is amplification based on COI gene markers of Holothuroidea which collected from the Raja Ampat Islands. DNA total was isolated from the tissue using gSYNCTM DNA Extraction Kit GS100 (Gene Aid), DNA UNP 106 specimen was amplified based on COI gene using primer forward COI : 5’-GGCATCCAGAAGTTTACATCCT-3’ and reverse COI : 5’-TTGGAGATAGGCTTCTGTGGA-3’. The results showed that UNP 106 specimen has succesfully amplified with size of amplicon is 600-700 bp. Keywords: Amplified, COI, Sea cucumber, UNP 106
