Time Excelindo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha Penyedia Jasa Layanan Internet (ISP), Online System, Telecommunication, Data Communication, Software Development, serta pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jaringan komputer maupun jaringan telekomunikasi. Dalam proses bisnis pembuatan tagihan jasa layanan, pengerjaannya masih menggunakan cara manual. Agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis maka perlu menyesuaikan diri dan mengikuti perkembangan informasi dan teknologi sekarang sebagai pendukung kelancaran bisnis. PT. Time Excelindo harus mempunyai sistem informasi billing yang lebih canggih, cepat dan akurat serta dapat dimengerti oleh pengguna. Arsitektur enterprise adalah deskripsi dari misi stakeholder dalam hal ini adalah pimpinan organisasi yang didalamnya termasuk informasi, fungsionalitas/ kegunaan, lokasi organisasi, dan parameter kinerja. Pemilihan Framework TOGAF ADM didasarkan pada kebutuhan perancangan sistem, karena TOGAF ADM terbilang lengkap untuk membuat blueprint. TOGAF ADM digunakan untuk mengembangkan enterprise architecture, dimana terdapat metode dan tools yang detil untuk mengimplementasikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun perencanaan enterprise arsitektur sistem informasi billing menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM, validasi perancangan menggunakan enterprise architecture score card.Kata Kunci — TOGAF ADM, Enterprise Arsitekture, Billing, EA ScoreCard.PT. Selection of TOGAF ADM Framework is based on system design requirement, because TOGAF ADM is complete to make blueprint.
