<![CDATA[The Purpose of this study is to know the relation between understanding of concept of eco-architecture and perception of dwelling development with caring of developer, either through byselfl and also together. The research use was survey method, for many developer in DKI Jakarta. Intake sample conducted by proporsional random sampling with the amount sample as much 100 people. Analyse the data use the simple correlation, parsial plural and simple regresi. The result of this study was (1) there are positive relation between understanding of concept of eco-architecture (X1) Caring of developer (Y). This relation is shown by linear equation regresi Y = 45,870 + 1,093X1 with the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,375. (2) there are relation between perception about dwelling development (X2) caring of developer. This relation shown equation of linear regression Y = 40,481 + 0,432X2 with the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,405. (3) there are positive relation between understanding of concept architecture (X1) and perception of dwelling development (X2) by developer (Y) the equation of regresi Y = 40,26 + 0,146X1 + 0,890X2 and double correlation coefficient ryt2 = 0,535.]]>
