<![CDATA[Abstract : The advantage of social media is being able to provide information quickly so as to make users more dynamic and additive. The presence of social media has led to a change in adolescent attitudes. Teenagers as one of the users of social media have not been able to use wisely. Teenagers tend to be easily influenced by the environment without first considering the positive or negative impacts that will be received when using social media. Adolescent dependence on the use of social media can trigger antisocial attitudes in the community because they enjoy communicating through social media rather than face to face with friends. Research design using observational analytic research with cross sectional approach. Data collection techniques used to collect primary data using a structured questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using the univariate formula (frequency distribution formula) and bivariate (Pearson product moment formula). The results showed that the use of social media is associated with the emergence of antisocial attitudes in adolescents. Correlation value of 0.528 and significance value of p (<0.001) <0.05 with the direction of a positive relationship so that the higher the level of use of social media, the more antisocial attitudes of adolescents.Keywords: use of social media, antisocial attitudes Abstrak : Keunggulan media sosial adalah mampu memberikan informasi secara cepat sehingga membuat penggunanya semakin dinamis dan adatif. Kehadiran media sosial telah membawa kepada perubahan sikap remaja. Remaja sebagai salah satu pengguna media sosial belum mampu menggunakan secara bijak. Remaja cenderung mudah terpengaruh oleh lingkungan tanpa mempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu dampak positif atau negatif yang akan diterima saat meggunakan media sosial. Ketergantungan remaja terhadap penggunaan media sosial dapat memicu timbulkan sikap antisosial di lingkungan masyarakat karena mereka lebih menikmati berkomunikasi melalui media sosial daripada bertatap lagsung dengan teman. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan rumus univariat (rumus distribusi frekuensi) dan bivariat (rumus Pearson product moment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berhubungan dengan munculnya sikap antisosial pada remaja. Nilai korelasi 0.528 dan nilai signifikansi p(<0.001) < 0.05 dengan arah hubungan positif sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat penggunaan media sosial maka sikap remaja semakin antisosial.Kata Kunci : penggunaan media sosial, sikap antisosial]]>
