<![CDATA[This paper seeks to analyze whether the treatment for inmates under the Revitalization of Correctional Implementation policy is in accordance with a human rights perspective. This research aims to provide information regarding the Correctional process and contribute to the study of Correctional Sciences. It is expected that readers to recognize the role of Corrections. The method used in this research is qualitative with normative and conceptual approaches. This study reveals that the treatment of inmates under the Revitalization of Correctional Implementation policy is in line with a human rights perspective. Revitalization of Correctional Implementation that emphasizes attitudes and behavioural change of inmates by arranging the placement test to optimize the process within the Correctional Institutions, is held with respect to human rights. ]]>
