The rise of raw material prices for production will cause the sale price of the final product to be uncompetitive, therefore it is a great concern for business owners. The effort of process improvement to raise efficiency in usage of various resources owned by the company is also conducted by a company producing carton boxes. This research aims to implement a commonly used method in quality improvement namely the 7 steps of improvement and 7 tools for material usage efficiency. The results of this research may be implemented in the company to manage efficiency.
