<![CDATA[Production quality is a very critical element in the pharmaceutical industry. One of the methods used to increase product quality is to decrease error factors and product defects, which can have a bad impact on the final product quality. Method DMAIC as an improvement model for Six Sigma is used to analyze required repairs. Striping process that took place has a good performance with 5:05 and DPMO Sigma level of 67. However, the process is not in statistical control (the process is unstable) due to variations in the number of existing defects. To reduce product defects, the company needs to conduct a more optimal scheduling to minimize WIP. Based on calculations using the fuzzy method, initial settings for the machine must be done well to guard temperature changes during operation of the machine, to keep it below the machine initial setting limit (80-110 ° C).]]>
