<![CDATA[The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Profitability, Investment Decisions and Funding Decisions on the Value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 16 companies. The research method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that partially, Profitability and Investment Decisions partially influence the Corporate Value, while the Funding Decision variable does not affect the Firm Value. All independent variables have simultaneous influences on Company Value. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi dan Keputusan Pendanaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Variabel Profitabilitas dan Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan variabel Keputusan Pendanaan tidak berpngaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.]]>
