Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan bayi lahirprematur dan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR). Usia ibu, usia kehamilan, paritasdan jarak kehamilan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi status giziibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmemengaruhi status gizi ibu hamil di Desa Mulyasari, Kecamatan Mande,Kabupaten Cianjur, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan secara cross sectionaldengan accidental sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 46 orangibu hamil. Sebanyak 42,9% ibu hamil di Desa Mulyasari yang mengalami status giziKEK. Jarak kehamilan merupakan faktor yang secara signifikan (p<0,05)berhubungan dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Desa Mulyasari, KecamatanMande, Cianjur. Kata kunci : Kehamilan, KEK, Jarak kehamilan ABSTRACTMaternal Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) lead to preterm labor and Low Birth Weight (LBW). Maternal age, gestational age, parity, and pregnancy spacing were factorswhich influenced maternal nutritional status. This study aimed to observed factors whichinfluenced maternal nutritional status in Mulyasari, Mande district, Cianjur, West Java.Study was done with cross sectional method used accidental sampling. The number ofsubjects in this study were 46. Of 42,9% pregnant mothers in Mulyasari were CED.Pregnancy spacing was significantly (p<0,05) contributed to maternal CED in Mulyasari,Mande district, Cianjur.
