<![CDATA[Introduction: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a rare malignancy with an incidence of 0.5-2 per 100,000 in Europe and the United States [1]. NPC has high prevalence in certain regions of the world, especially in Southeast Asia with a poor prognosis. In Indonesia, the prevalence of NPC is 6.2/100 000, with 13 000 yearly new cases, [2]. NPC is the forth most cancer found in Indonesia. Case Report: This paper reported a case of 39 years old man with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and subsequently underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT). Conclusion: The purpose of this paper is to explain experience at one of the largest single-centre of weekly cisplatin concurrently with radiotherapy with potential to be an optimal therapeutic regiment in the nonsurgical management of squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck (SCCHN) clinical stage III.]]>
