PENGARUH EDUKASI DENGAN PENDAMPINGAN TELENURSING TERHADAP AKTIVITAS PERILAKU DAN PENGOBATAN PADA PASIEN TBC DI POLI PARU RSUD DR.SOEDARSO PONTIANAK KALIMANTAN BARAT

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that attacks the lungs and infectious diseases directly caused by the TB germs (mycobacterium tuberculosis). Objective: to determine the effect of education with telenursing assistance on behavioral activities and treatment of TB patients. Method: The research design used was quantitative with a Quasi Experimental design pre-test post-test with control group. The sample in this study was 16 samples of the education (control) group and 16 samples of the educational intervention group with telenursing assistance. Results: based on bivariate analysis of activity (behavior) and treatment with Wilxocon and man-whitney test showed that the intervention group after education with telenursing assistance influenced the activity variable (behavior) with p value 0.029 and treatment with p value 0.050 which means p value < ? 0.050 this study shows the differences in educational scores with telenursing assistance. Education with telenursing assistance can change the activity (behavior) and self-care treatment in tuberculosis patients. Suggestion: This research recommends that pulmonary health services should provide education and telenursing assistance in order to increase the effectiveness of behavioral and treatment activities in tuberculosis patients. Keywords: Education, telenursing assistance, behavioral activities, treatment, tuberculosis Literature: 46 (2007-2017) Abstrak Pendahuluan: Tuberkulosis adalah  suatu  penyakit  infeksius yang  menyerang  paru-paru serta penyakit menular langsung disebabkan oleh kuman TBC (mycobacterium tuberculosis). Tujuan: mengetahui pengaruh edukasi dengan pendampingan telenursing terhadap aktivitas perilaku dan pengobatan pasien TBC. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif  dengan desain Quasi Experimental pre-test post-test with control group. Sampel dalam penelitian  ini adalah 16 sampel kelompok edukasi (kontrol) dan 16 sampel kelompok intervensi edukasi dengan pendampingan telenursing. Hasil: berdasarkan analisis bivariat aktivitas (perilaku) dan pengobatan dengan Uji wilxocon dan man-whitney menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok intervensi sesudah edukasi dengan  pendampingan telenursing ini mempengaruhi  variable aktivitas ( perilaku ) dengan p value 0,029 dan pengobatan dengan p value 0,050  yang berarti p value < ? 0,050 penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan skor edukasi dengan pendampingan telenursing. Edukasi dengan pendampingan telenursing dapat mengubah aktivitas (perilaku) dan  pengobatan self care pada pasien TBC. Saran: Penelitian ini merekomendasikan dipelayanan kesehatan poli paru sebaiknya memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan telenursing agar dapat meningkatkan efektifitas aktivitas perilaku dan pengobatan  pada pasien TBC.
