Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi, keterlibatan pemakai, program pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai, formalisasi pengembangan sistem terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Populasi dalam menelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Sibetan, Bebandem dan Macang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah responden 47 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Skala pengukuran data dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi; (2) keterlibatan pemakai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi informasi akuntansi; (3) program pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi; (4) formalisasi pengembangan sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi; (5) penggunaan teknologi informasi, keterlibatan pemakai, program pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai, formalisasi pengembangan sistem berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.Kata Kunci : penggunaan teknologi informasi, keterlibatan pemakai, program pelatihan dan pendidikan pemakai, formalisasi pengembangan sistem, kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi This study was aimed at finding empirical evidence for the effect of the use of information technology, user’s involvement, user’s training and education program, formalization of system development on the performance of accounting information system. The population in this study was all workers of village credit institutions (LPD) in Sibetan, Bebandem and Macang. The study used purposive sampling technique and the number of the respondents was 47. The study used questionnaires which were distributed to the respondents for collecting data. It used Likert scale to measure the data. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that (1) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system; (2) user’s involvement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system; (3) training and education program has a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system ; (4) formalization of system development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system; (5) the use of information technology, the user’s involvement, the user’s training and education program, formalization of the development system simultaneously have an effect on accounting information system performance.keyword : the use of information technology, user’s involvement, training and education program, formalization of system development on the performance of accounting information system
