Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh human capital, structural capital, customer capital dan good corporate governance terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling method sehingga diperoleh 20 perusahaan yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa: 1) human capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, 2) structural capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, 3) customer capital dan good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa human capital, structural capital, customer capital dan good corporate governance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: human capital, structural capital, customer capital, good corporate governance, profitabilitas Abstract The study aimed at finding out the effect of human capital, human capital, structural capital, customer capital and good corporate governance on the company’s profitability. It utilized a quantitative design, by involving secondary data. The population of the study consisted of all banking companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples were determined based on purposive sampling method, that only 20 companies were selected. The data were analysed by using SPSS software version 20. The results of t-test indicated that: 1) human capital had a negative but significant effect on the company’s profitability, (2) structural capital had a positive and significant effect on the company’s profitability, (3) customer capital and good corporate governance had no significant effect on the company’s profitability. The result of F-test indicated that human capital, structural capital, customer capital and good corporate governance had a simultaneous effect of the company’s profitability. keyword : Key words: human capital, structural capital, customer capital, good corporate governance, profitability
