<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas publik, Kemampuan kerja dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa se-Kecamatan Seririt secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 141 pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Desa se-Kecamatan Seririt. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa se-Kecamatan Seririt, (2) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa se-Kecamatan Seririt, (3) pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa se-Kecamatan Seririt, (4) Akuntabilitas publik, kemampuan kerja dan pengawasan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa se-Kecamatan Seririt.Kata Kunci : akuntabilitas publik, kemampuan kerja, kinerja, pengawasan. The aim of the study was to find out the effect of public accountability, working capability, and supervision on the performance of rural government apparatus around Seririt sub-district, both partially as well as simultaneously. The study utilized a quantitative design, involving 141 office staffs working at the village offices around Seririt area as the samples selected based on purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using survey, and questionnaire. The analysis was conducted by using multiple linear regression techniques supported by SPSS software version 24. The results of the study indicated that (1) public accountability had a positive significant effect on the performance of rural government apparatus around Seririt sub-district, (2) working capability had a positive significant effect on the performance of rural government apparatus around Seririt sub-district, and (3) supervision had a positive significant effect on the performance of rural government apparatus around Seririt sub-district, (4) public accountability, working capability, and supervision had a positive and significant effect on the performance of rural government apparatus around Seririt sub-district.keyword : public accountability, working capability, performance, supervision]]>
