Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh diskriminasi gender, pengalaman kerja, dan sensitifitas etika terhadap profesionalitas. Profesionalitas merupakan sikap yang menekankan pada praktik profesional dan pengalaman, Sensitivitas etika merupakan kemampuan seseorang profisional untuk berprilaku etis, Pengalaman kerja merupakan keterampilan tentang suatu yang diperoleh lewat keterlibatan selama periode tertentu, dan Diskriminasi gender lebih mengarah keperlakuan berbeda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1.) Diskriminasi gender berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalitas, 2.) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalitas, 3.) Sensitifitas etika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalitas, 4.) Diskriminasi gender, Pengalaman kerja, dan Sensitivitas etika berpengaruh simultan terhadap profesionalitas. Kata Kunci : gender, pengalaman, dan sensitifitas etrika, profesionalitas. This research aimed to examine about the effect of gender discrimination, work experience, and ethical sensitivity on professionalism. Professionalism was an attitude that emphasizes professional practice and experience, ethical sensitivity was a person's professional ability to behave ethically, work experience was a skill of an acquired through engagement over a period of time, and gender discrimination leads to different treatment. The type of data used the primary data obtained directly from the source. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 for Windows support. The results of research showed that 1) gender discrimination had negative and significant effect on professionalism, 2) work experience had positive and significant effect on professionalism, 3) ethical sensitivity had positive and significant effect on professionalism, 4) gender discrimination, work experience, and ethical sensitivity had simultaneous effect on professionalism. keyword : : gender discrimination, work experience, ethical sensitivity, professionalism.
