<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi, profesionalisme, dan komunikasi dalam tim pada kinerja auditor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena data yang digunakan berbentuk angka-angka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menghasilkan jumlah sebanyak 63 responden. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heterokrdastisitas. Analisis regresi linear berganda bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh supervisi(X1), profesionalisme(X2), dan komunikasi dalam tim(X3) terhadap kinerja auditor (Y) yang terdiri dari uji koefesien determinasi (R2), uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa variabel supervisi, profesionalisme, dan komunikasi dalam tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 44,199 dengan p value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, ini berarti model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah layak. Hasil ini memberikan makna bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu memprediksi atau menjelaskan fenomena kinerja auditor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Bali. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah 1) supervisi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja auditor, 2) profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja auditor, 3) komunikasi dalam tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja auditor, 4) supervisi, profesional, dan komunikasi dalam tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Auditor, Supervisi, Profesionalisme, Komunikasi dalam Tim The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, professionalism, and communication within the team on the performance of Representatives BPKP auditors Bali Province. This study uses a quantitative approach, because the data used in the form of numbers. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method and produces the number of 63 respondents. Analysis of the data that is in use is a test instrument consisting of validity and reliability testing. Classic assumption test consists of a test for normality, multicollinearity test, and test heterokrdastisitas. Multiple linear regression analysis aimed to explore the influence of supervision (X1), professionalism (X2), and communication within the team (X3) on the performance of the auditor (Y) which consists of test coefficient of determination (R2), F-test and t-test. The results of this study by using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables of supervision, professionalism, and communication within the team has a positive effect on the performance of the auditor. The results of the F test (F test) showed that the calculated F value of 44.199 with a p value of 0.000 is less than α = 0.05, this means that the model used in this study is feasible. These results meant that all three independent variables were able to predict or explain the phenomenon of Representatives BPK auditor performance of Bali Province.
