<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of the Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment in the effort to enforce discipline by members of the Indonesian National Police by the ProvosSipropamBukittinggi Regional Police. This type of research is causative. Causative research is a type of research with the characteristics of problems in the form of a causal relationship with two or more variables. The number of respondents was 30 people. For statistical tests and data processing is done using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The research findings show that: (1) Leadership Style has a positive but not significant effect on discipline enforcement by members of the National Police by the ProvosSipropamBukittinggi Police Station; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the discipline enforcement of members of the National Police by the Bukittinggi Police SipropamProvos; (3) The Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on discipline enforcement by members of the National Police by ProvosSipropam, Bukittinggi Regional Police.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja dalam upaya penegakan disiplin anggota Polri oleh Provos Sipropam Polres Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausatif. Penelitian kausatif merupakan tipe penelitian dengan karakteristik masalah berupa hubungan sebab akibat dengan dua variabel atau lebih. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Untuk uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap penegakan disiplin anggota polri oleh Provos Sipropam Polres Bukittinggi; (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penegakan disiplin anggota polri oleh Provos Sipropam Polres Bukittinggi; (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap penegakan disiplin anggota polri oleh Provos Sipropam Polres Bukittinggi.]]>
