<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the library management in the Library of Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Bali Province. The results of this study indicate that the Library Management of the Bali Provincial Representative Office has been carried out well and has carried out management functions. Those are planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. However, it has not been carried out optimally in the planning stage. This can be seen from the lack of vision and mission as well as the standard organizational structure owned by the Bank Indonesia Representative Office Library of Bali Province. In addition, there are 2 (two) people in the Library of Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Bali Province. Therefore, it is necessary to add competent human resources.
