Abstract

Learning outcomes are influenced by many factors; among others are teacher?s teaching resourcefulness and student?s learning interest. This article discusses the findings of a study on the impacts of teacher?s teaching resourcefulness and student?s learning interest on learning outcomes in the subject of office equipment management at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The study adopted survey method, where data were gathered using questionnaire distributed to a population of 70 tenth grade Students of the Office Administration Program. The findings show that teacher?s teaching resourcefulness and student?s learning interest had positive and significant effects on students?learning outcomes, both simultaneously and partially. Based on the results of this study indicate the importance of these two variables in an effort to improve student learning outcomes.ABSTRAKHasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah guru dan minat belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada populasi sejumlah 70 responden siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kreativitas mengajar guru dan minat belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya kedua variabel tersebut dalam usaha meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
