Fuel Injection Pump is one component that works to inject fuel into high pressure lines. Therefore, the fuel injection pump should work properly so that the amount of fuel and fogging of the fuel in the cylinder matches the combustion requirements. This research aims to test and calibrate the amount of fuel at the fuel injection pump, and discuss the analysis that caused the damage. This test is performed on a test bench machine with speeds of 300, 700 and 1000 RPM. Tests are conducted twice as much, namely before and after calibration. After conducting the first test, the fuel injection pump is disassembled and then measured on the drive component. When the next assembly is tested the second, the fuel injection pump is calibrated to adjust the amount of fuel injected according to the specifications desired. The test results show the results of the fuel injection pump that the fuel injected at a low RPM is 7 ml. After calibration there is an increase in the amount of fuel injected to an average of 8.5 ml. However, both of these test results show the results are still below the specifications. After disassembly it was found that the plunger had experienced wear and tear. Keywords: Fuel, testing, calibration, plunger, wear
