<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan mengetahui kondisi terkini Suku Anak Dalam dari kelompok Bathin IX yang menetap di tengah kawasan hutan lindung Taman Hutan Raya (TAHURA) Sultan Thaha Senami. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif eksploratif, pemilihan lokasi secara purposif, penetapan jumlah responden secara proporsional dan tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode non random-purposive sampling. Dapat disimpulkan warga SAD telah meninggalkan kegiatan eksploitasi hutan dan beralih menjadi petani kebun karet dan sawit. Mereka menyadari status Tahura sebagai hutan lindung dan mematuhinya, walaupun tak sepenuhnya setuju karena status tersebut membatasi pendapatan dari jual beli hasil hutan. Ancaman terbesar terhadap Tahura saat ini berasal dari warga pendatang yang terlibat pembalakan liar dan mendirikan pemukiman di kawasan Tahura. Ke depannya warga SAD menginginkan diberi pelatihan life skill serta izin mengolah lahan hutan yang gundul untuk ditanami karet dan sawit.AbstractThis study aims at updating the current condition of indigenious people of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) from the tribe of Bathin IX, that live in the protected forest of Taman Hutan Raya (TAHURA) Sultan Thaha Senami. It is a descriptive explorative research, the location chosen purposively, the number of respondents taken proporsionally using non random-purposive sampling. It can be concluded that the SAD had transformed their ways of earning living from forest exploitation to be a rubber or oil palm farmers. They are aware of TAHURA status as a protected forest and obidient, though not fully agree with that since it prohibits them from getting more income from selling of the forrest products. The real threats toward TAHURA may come from the migrants that get involved in illegal logging and establish residency inside TAHURA. The SAD is looking forward to having life skill training and permit from government to plan rubber or oil palm in the non-productive area of TAHURA.]]>
