<![CDATA[One of the fundamental points of the amended of Indonesian Constitution of 1945 is the removal of the Outlines of State Policy (Guidelines) in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia. As a consequence, the goals and objectives of national development seemed to lack of focus, unfocused and difficult to measure the success rate. While the existence of the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) intended to replace the Guidelines, until now there has not been able to serve as a guide to national development. To that end, efforts to revive the guidelines are extremely vital in order to realize a fair society and a prosperous Indonesia as aspired to in the preamble of the Constitution of 1945. Returning NRI existence of the guidelines will also have a positive impact on maintaining and guarding the existence of the Assembly as one of the state institutions.
