Abstract

This research is discussed and criticised Al-Hajj rights which has been regulated by Undang-Undang No.13 2008 about Hajj implementation held by government (ministry of religion). Al-Hajj as consumer has minimum law protection, service and guidance either in Indonesia (especially in semarang) nor Arab Saudi. From this point of view, Al-Hajj can understand their rights that should have been fulfilled by the ministry. Keywords: Law Protection; Consument Right.
