ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang Analisis Yuridis Terhadap Kewajiban Pelunasan Pajak Bumi Bangunan Sebagai Salah Satu Syarat Untuk Mendapatkan Surat Pengantar Nikah (Studi Di Kota Pontianak). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian empiris. Dari hasil penelitian tesis ini diperoleh kesimpulan Bahwa Data dan informasi mengenai korelasi dan relevansi antara pelunasan pajak PBB dengan surat pengantar nikah secara khusus tidak ada hubungan, namun dengan Perwa No 28 Tahun 2016 dapat meningkatkan PAD pada sektor pajak PBB.Kata Kunci : Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, Surat Pengantar Nikah AbstractThis thesis discusses the Juridical Analysis of the Obligation to Repay the Earth Building Tax as One of the Requirements for Obtaining Marriage Marriage Certificate (Study in Pontianak City). The research method used in writing this thesis is using empirical research methods. From the results of this thesis research, it was concluded that the data and information regarding the correlation and relevance between UN tax repayment and marriage cover letter specifically had no relationship, but with Perwa No. 28 of 2016 it could increase PAD in the UN tax sector.Keywords: Land and Building Tax, Marriage Introduction Letter
