This is because the absence of a system that can support the assessment process. For that required a system that can provide solutions to the problem, this system is made using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL as the database. For the design of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams.
