<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Analisis strategi peningkatan profit bisnis penting untuk memberi stimulus bagi mahasiswa dalam memulai usaha atau bisnis start-up. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam pengambilan keputusan. Menggunakan tiga kriteria dan tiga alternatif yang dinilai oleh key person, merupakan tahapan pengambilan keputusan strategi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis prioritas strategi peningkatan profit bisnis menggunakan studi kasus kerjasama pemanfaatan dana al-qordh pada bisnis start-up mahasiswa. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa kombinasi pilihan kriteria dan alternatif dalam strategi utama peningkatan profit bisnis start-up adalah praktik bisnis reseller dengan eigenvector 0,655. Adapun kriteria strategi peningkatan profit bisnis diprioritaskan pada variasi harga produk dengan skor eigenvector 0,665. KATA KUNCI: Profit, Bisnis Start-Up, Mahasiswa dan AHP ABSTRACT Analysis of strategies to increase business profit is important to provide a stimulus for students to start a business. This study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make strategic decision. Use three criteria and three alternatives assessed by key persons are the stage of strategic decision making. The purpose of the research is to analyze the priority of the strategy of increasing business profit using a case study of Al-Qordh agreement in university. The conclusion of the study shows the combination result of criteria and alternatives in the main strategy of increasing the profit of the start-up business is reseller business practice with eigenvector score 0,655.
