<![CDATA[Living hadith is the sunnah of the Prophet who freely interpreted by scholars, rulers and judges according to their situation, or also known as the "living sunnah". There are three models of living sunnah are traditions of writing, oral traditions and tradition of practices. This paper take the focus living oral tradition that comes with practice run of Muslims. The research in this paper is the literature research as it relates to issues raised by the researchers is living oral traditions related to the theory into practice yet. In this paper the authors are many examples related to living oral tradition by providing a variety of religious propositions as the foundation of normative for the living traditions of the Muslim community in Indonesia.]]>
