<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Manajemen Aset Zombie dan Bagaimana Aset Zombie dikaitkan dengan prinsip konservatisme. Objek penelitian adalah PT Semen Tonasa yang berlokasi di Desa Biringere, Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan interpretatif fenomenologi. Penelitian fenomenologis mengamati dengan cermat interpretasi individu atas pengalaman.Untuk pengukuran di PT Semen Tonasa, perusahaan menggunakan kebijakan akuntansi model biaya dan untuk metode penyusutannya, perusahaan menggunakan metode garis lurus. Penggunaan kebijakan model akuntansi biaya, menunjukkan bahwa aset tetap di perusahaan mematuhi prinsip konservatisme, tetapi jika kita melihat penggunaan metode penyusutannnya, aset tetap di perusahaan menunjukkan tidak mematuhi prinsip konservatisme.Kata Kunci: Aset Zombie, Konservatisme, Semen Tonasa ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how Zombie Asset Management and How Zombie Assets are associated with the principle of conservatism. The object of the research is PT Semen Tonasa which is located in Biringere Village, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. This research is a qualitative research with an interpretative phenomenology approach. Phenomenological research carefully observes individual interpretations of experience.For measurements at PT Semen Tonasa, companies use the accounting policy of the cost model and for the depreciation method, the company uses the straight-line method. The use of the cost accounting model policy shows that fixed assets in the company adhere to the principle of conservatism, but if we look at the use of the depreciation method, the fixed assets in the company show that they do not adhere to the principle of conservatism.
