Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon that researchers look at the field in some learners get bored in learning, both in terms of internal and external term, based on this study researchers raised concerns about the causes of burnout factor of learners and teachers guidance and counseling efforts in overcoming (A study of students in class VII SMP N 33 Padang) research purposes to describe 1) The factors causing saturation of learners in class VII SMP N 33 Padang. 2) Efforts the counseling teacher to overcome burnout learners studying in class VII SMP 33. This research is quantitative descriptive research that seeks to describe the situation for what it is. The study population was all students are there in the SMP 33 Padang in 2013/2014, amounting to 179 people. Technique taken in sampling is purposive sampling sampling in landasi particular purpose or consideration in advance or the usefulness, purpose. So the total sample of 57 people. Instruments used in this study was a questionnaire, while for the data analysis techniques used percentage. The research results revealed that 1) The factors causing saturation of learners in terms of both internal and external terms are in many categories of 49, 12.2) Attempts to overcome burnout counseling teachers of learners are in many categories 42.11.
