Analisa Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode (AHP) Di PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri

Abstract

This research has been conducted at PT. Wonojati Wijoyo, which is located at Mataram Street, 1, Karangrejo Village, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted for three months, namely from April to June 2016. The objectives of this study were 1). To determine the factors that affect the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri; 2). Analyze what factors most influence the level of job satisfaction of employees of PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri, using the method of observation and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Primary data collection is done using observation, interviews, and measurement of respondents who have been determined. This study's results indicate that the factors that affect the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Wonojati Wijoyo, Kediri, based on the hierarchical weighting level sequentially, is that the financial aspect is the first most crucial thing that must be considered by the new management to feed the psychological, social, and lastly physical elements. Based on the questionnaire that has been carried out using the five-point liker scale, the average satisfaction results are obtained. Consistency Index is calculated to ensure the consistency level of decision-makers when filling in the comparison value between a pair of objects. The results show that 44% of respondents rated the company's policies received so far as very satisfying, 28% considered satisfied, and 12% rated quite satisfied. Meanwhile, 9% were not satisfied with the various company policies, and only 5% considered dissatisfied. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di PT. Wonojati Wijoyo yang berlokasi di JL. Mataram No.1, Desa Karangrejo KecamatanNgasem Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan yakni pada bulan Aprilsampai Juni 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk menentukanfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri; 2). Menganalisafaktor apa yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Wonojati Wijoyo Kediri, menggunakan metode observasi dan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan pengukuran responden yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil   penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang  mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan  kerja karyawan di PT. Wonojati Wijoyo, Kediri berdasarkan tingkat pembobotan hirarki secara berurutan, adalah aspek finansial merupakan hal terpenting  pertama yang harus di perhatikan oleh pihak manajemen baru menyusu laspek psikologi, social dan terakhir aspek fisik. Berdasarkan kuisioner yang telah dilakuka dengan menggunakan  five point liker scale,didapatkan hasil rata-rata kepuasan. Consistency Index dihitung untuk memastikan tingkat konsistensi pengambil keputusan saat mengisi nilai perbandingan antar sepasang objek diperoleh hasil bahwasebanyak 44% responden menilai kebijakanperusahaan yang diterima selama ini sangatmemuaskan28% menilai puas dansebanyak 12% menilaicukuppuas. Sedangkan yang memberikan penilaian kurang puas terhadap berbagaikebijakanperusahaansebanyak 9% danhanya 5% yang menilai tidak puas.
