This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of financial knowledge (2) internal locus of controlto personal financial management behaviour on Small Medium Enterprise at Bukittinggi. Thisstudy using descriptive methods with quantitative approaches. Types of data used is primarydata obtained from questionnaire distribution. The method of analysis used is multipleregression analysis. The results of this study concluded (1) financial knowledge has positiveand significant (2) internal locus of control has positive and significant to personal financialmanagement behaviour on Small Medium Enterprise at Bukittinggi.Kata Kunci : Financial Knowledge, Internal Locus Of Control, Personal FinancialManagement Behaviour
