<![CDATA[Abstrac : Monitoring the implementation of the placement of billboards in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aimed to determine how the implementation of surveillance placement billboard in the city of Pekanbaru. Qualitative descriptive study where data acquisition is done by snowball technique.
