The approach used in this study is normative. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan komunikasi konstruktif antar lembaga penegak hukum, presiden dan lembaga KPK dalam rangka pemberantasan korupsi yang efektif dan efisien adalah saling percaya, interaksi yang sinergi antara lembaga penegak hukum, presiden dan KPK, berpihak pada kebenaran.
