Abstrak. Labioschizis atau Cleft Lip adalah salah satu bentuk kelainan cacat lahir pada bibir. Labioplasty cara Millard yang dimodifikasi oleh Prof. Djohansjah adalah teknik yang kami pakai pada penelitian ini. Banyak teknik yang ditawarkan pada operasi Labioplasty Unilateral tetapi kita selalu diingatkan bahwa teknik yang simpel dan yang telah terbiasa adalah yang terbaik dan sebaiknya dipakai.  Cara Millard pada operasi bibir sumbing unilateral adalah salah satu pilihan cara operasi yang mudah dan mendapatkan basil operasi yang maksimal dengan letak titik sangat anatomis. (JKS 2007; 1: 15-22) Kata Kunci: Labioschizis, Labioplasty Unilateral.  Abstract.  Labioschizis or  Cleft Lip is one  form of birth  defect disorder on the lips. Labioplasty  Millard Technique modified by Prof. Djohansjah is a technique that we use in this study. There are many techniques offered in Unilateral Labioplasty operations but we are always reminded that the simple technique and which have been used are the best and should be used. Millard technique on unilateral cleft lip surgery is one option of operation technique that is easy and obtain maximum operating  results by its location of the point is really anatomic.
